Sometimes you'll find items like that locally in thrift stores or surplus, dumpsters; but the quickest way to get them is on eBay. The keyboard & mouse that shipped with the G5 wasn't Apple Pro Keyboard and Apple Pro Mouse, rather the later Apple Keyboard and Apple Mouse (missing the word Pro).
