I need iMovie help!! -2 clips, 1 audio

I am trying to make a movie in iMovie, and it has been awhile. I can't figure out how to do something. I have a video clip, and I would like to put a video in the clip but keep the audio going from the first clip, and that resume with the first video clip.

How would I do this?

iMovie 6 and HD differ from '08 and '09.
