I have done something Very very Stupid
I was trying to turn my menu bar black however it did not work
in order for me to try and change it Black i had to change the spotlight icon in the menu bar to white and i had forgot to back the file up
the file can be found at

goto ~/System/Library/CoreServices
right click on spotlight -> Show Package Contents -> Contents/Resources

and there you should find MDSearchMenuIcon.pdf

it will be much appreciated if someone can upload this for me please
 
Here you go.

By the way, ~ is shorthand for the user home folder. You just want /System/Library/CoreServices.
