just taken up a 4 year bachelor degree in philosophy and 1 of the requirements is to pass a philosophical thesis. it is a very great challenge because, i'm doing it with only a small amount of philosophical back ground and in our subjects in philosophy, i've only taken up ancient philosophy, thomistic metaphysics, cosmology, ethics, and has very little knowledge about other philosophers. don't have any background about medieval up to modern..
i started to read about john stuart mill and trying to reinforce our constitutional right of life, liberty and property in the light of his utilitarianism.

if you could have suggestion..
i would like to focus my study on ethics and morals of man.
