I need of help on tomb raider underworld: big Shiva puzzle

I have just got the part in thailand:Bhogavati where im at the big shiva puzzle i have put the crystal in the right arm to get the beam but i didn't do it on the other side now i seem to be stuck. I have been looking around game forums but no luck any ideas on what i can do or do i have to start the level over ?

What do you mean by stuck ? Putting the crystal balls into Shiva's arms on either side is not that taxing, so where and why are you having trouble ?

what i have done is instead of putting the crystal in the 1st arm i didn't don't ask me why but now i have came to the 2nd arm do and got the sun beam but nothings happened then i noticed that the other arm was empty just wondering is there any other way i can get past this bit due to there is no level restart on the ps3 version any ideas???
