I need Skype BEFORE version 3.5.84, before the UI change...

So the new Skype app is unusable for the iPhone...

I need to downgrade back to the useable version but I'm having trouble finding the previous version...can somebody help me out?

Anyways, I have a September version of the app file (.ipa file extension) but not sure if that'd be of any use to you without something like AppSync.

i was reluctant to upgrade the skype app for iphone since it includes ads, but, i do notice a significant reduction in battery drain

Uups sorry, I seem to have only a backup of the latest version - 3.5.117.

Maybe somebody else has an older one?

It literally sucks? What is it sucking on? Tough to literally suck as its a piece of software.

Lots of bugs

Some of my contacts are missing...

I am trying to do this also (having the same usability issues). A search for Skype.ipa leads to a number of file-sharing sites where the older version are kept.
