I need software for Dell v313w printer

The disk it came with is only good for windows, this printer is also wireless, how do I get it to work?!

Haven't tested wireless yet, but got the printer working on Lion by manually selecting the driver for the Lexmark Impact S305 printer to be used for my Dell V313w.
