I need some help please

I have an Iphone 4 that I jailbroke with Redsn0w 4.2.1 untethered. I wanted to restore my phone with Itunes like it shows in the "sticky". When I did this it goes all the way to the very end of the process (verifying restore) and I get an error. 1013 this phone cannot be restored for unknown reason. Am I missing something? I restarted my computer and had the same result. I tried this 3 times with the same effect.

Did you ever change your host file?
If so delete the last line
