I need the 4S somehow, but how?

Hello everyone, i think i should be the award winner for the most patient upgraded. I bought my current phone, iPhone 3G 8GB the week it launched in my country, which was like around October, November of 2008. My phone has served me 3 whole years now and i desperately need a 4S. It's gonna be a huge upgrade for me. Thing is, it's gonna come officially to my country on December and prices are gonna be huge.

So how can i, in which country can i get the iPhone 4S 32 GB in an unlocked way. US, Uk, or Germany any country, place i don't know. Just wanna know where it is possible, i'll make some networking then to maybe get it from there

eBay of my country has a whole bunch of traders putting up 4S adverts(they'll have it on launch week of US and ship it to my country) but the lowest price for 16 GB is 1100$ + shipment. Not so tempting when i can buy the same for 650$ if i put some networking work on it.

Thanks for your answers, and also, what do you think about these excessive pricing sellers?

Not available in US as an unlocked phone immediately, sometime within 90 days. So don't try to buy from US, it won't work on your carrier.

emir i take it your turkish? im also half turkish trabzon karadeniz, do not buy from america, your best solution would be to buy from holland or germany, even russia ....

i've read that us will not have unlocked phones. Even better, Europe is closer but which country is gonna sell unlocked and from the internet? Uk maybe?

its going to be in turkey in december if you can wait that long, if not then do you have relatives in other countries? otherwise ebay is your only option..

Apple is not officially in Turkey, we don't have iTunes music store, we don't have official Apple stores(only 1 reseller who sells things at extreme of extreme prices) we don't have iTunes movies, we got the Turkish language support for mac with lion(not that i need it) we only have app store.

Turkish apple site still doesn't have 4S. just 4. December thing is only a rumor too and i don't wanna wait till December also, prices are gonna be extreme, as i said 1000$ for 16 gb.
