I need the Apple Hardware Test CD for a Powermac G4 AGP Graphics

Apple should really offer it as a download considering how many machines are sold and given away without all the original disks. If someone can please help me out with a toast image of their AHT CD for a Powermac G4 AGP Graphics I would be eternally appreciative. I think my logic board is done for but would like to be sure.
