I need to copy from nano to computer

Deleted all music on computer. Would like to recover from nano said music and put back on to computer, in order that I can add to listings.

Please help if you can. I have only very limited ability so a free website would be of help. I have tried ipodrip and copypod but very limited to number of listings that can be copied.
