I am living in Eastern Europe now but still operate my banking from the US. My problem is that now some credit card processors (the dumb ones - it used to be my business and it's a stupid approach to security) are automatically denying me credit card based on my non-US IP. What I'd like is a way to browse webpages (and secure 'https' ones especially) with an anonymous IP or a US IP. I'm sure this can be done - any suggestions (preferably free?)

Cheers,

Penman.

us proxy server? dont know if that will work for https (most dont cache https in principal i think)

or ssh maybe?

I was hoping there was a plugin I could run or something that would change my IP. Am I missing something. It doesn't seem that hard (to a non-tech like me).
