I need to know the right settings for iChat videoconferencing

Hey, I can iChat videoconference from my computer to others, but not to my mom's, and I need that for when I'm in Ireland. Can someone tell me what the settings EVERYWHERE need to be set to in order to videoconference on her computer. I can't screen share to it to fix them myself, either, so I need to know what to do there, too.

It might be settings on my computer, as well. Could someone tell me what I need to do to open the right channels to videoconference and screen share? Thanks.

I'm on the MacBook Pro in my sig, and she's on the iMac in my sig.

I think that I've narrowed it down to settings on her computer.

The university network that I'm on allows video to and from computers within the network and I was able to do a videoconference to someone else in the same town as my mother, but not yet to her.

So what does everything need to be set to to let me do this?
