Hi

I will be in Chicago only that day and I would like to purchase an XS Max as the price (and initial availability) is much better than in EU. I didn’t buy it yet as the pick up date was Sep 21st but now it says no availability. I’m not sure if I should just jump in as soon as there is some stock and the iPhone will wait for me until 9/27 or wait a little or just lose all hope. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Typically if you order for in-store pick up, they do hold it for you for 14 days if you were charged. So even if the pick up date was shown 9/21/18, you didn't had to go on that day to pick it up. There is a model, storage and color of your choice that still shows available, you could potentially order it now and just pick it up on the 27th. If no option then use istocknow.com and keep checking.

Thank you so much Shadowbeach. I will order it then as soon as it becomes available again (I set up istocknow already ;-) )
