Ok, so I am heading off to an Apple store to finally fix my sister's broken iPod mini. She got it last March, but we couldn't do anything to fix it until now. (It broke just before the summer). Anyways, before on the Apple.com store, it had the weborder form and everything as proof that she bought it but now they have seemed ot change it and it is gone. We printed out the receipt and weborder form at one point but seem to have lost it. If I go onto my account there is no way to see the "Order History" like there used to be. Does anybody know how I can find my order history for a proof of purchase without the weborder number, receipt? All I have is my account name and password... thanks a lot...

Go to the support page of the Apple web site and enter your iPod serial number in the appropriate box (down at the bootom right on the UK site). It will tell you how many days warranty you have left. Thats what an Applestore rep will probably do if you take it in.
