Hey guys I was wondering if anyone else is able to reproduce this bug on the ios 7 lock screen?

My hardware: iPhone 5s, ios 7.0.2

Step by step of how to induce this bug.

Make sure simple passcode is turned off and you are using the long passcode with the full keyboard instead of the keypad. I also have touch ID enabled.

  1. Wake the phone from sleep
  2. Slide the camera icon up from the lockscreen
  3. Once in the camera app, turn the phone to landscape
  4. Press the camera roll square
  5. While in the camera roll and while still in landscape, press the sleep button

Now return the phone to the portrait position and when you wake it up you should see the keyboard partially on the screen.

Im also including a screen capture of what it looks like and a video link of me inducing it.

*UPDATE* It appears so far that the bug also effects iPhone 4s, iPhone 5 and iPod Touch 5th gen. This leads me to believe that all ios 7 devices are susceptible. If anyone with other iOS devices can induce the bug post it please. Thanks

No go on my 5s 7.0.2, weird bug though. I was hoping it would work on mine for some reason.

I have simple passcode OFF, but with an entirely numerical pin. I can't reproduce.

I'm guessing this is only possible with an alphanumeric password...
