I only use the 9400, Cutting Myself Short?

I have the first unibody macbook pro and I have never used the dedicated GPU. Am I cutting myself short in any way? (I don't play any games on OS X). Would any thing else improve in performance? Flash? Anything?

Does anyone notice any significant difference in heat/fan noise? Thanks guys.

Unless you're using 3D applications like games or graphic development software it doesn't make a difference. It does consume more power and more heat.
