Carrier I ordered the iPhone XS Max using my Verizon upgrade and had it sent to my address but what if

I want to exchanged it at the Verizon Store for the regular XS ?

I got it using the device monthly payments on my upgrade and got it delivered home. But I am thinking of exchanging it to the regular XS

Is it possible to just exchanged it right there and go home right away or how exactly would that work since I ordered it online from Verizon.com ? Kinda lost here.

You should be able to take in to a Verizon store. Maybe you should call Verizon?

Is the Verizon store or other phone stores in your area out of stock ?

They have stock in Atlanta. My point is to call Verizon and confirm what you want to do with your phone exchange.
