Hey guys. I wnated to know if anyone knew of an i.p. "spoofer" (for lack of a better term) that doesn't slow internet dow to a crawl? I'm corrently using tor 0.0.9.4, and though it does it's job well, it makes even routine browsing a chore. can someone help me out with this?
