i just bought a jailbreked i phone 4 , i updated it to the latest version after the download completed the phone asked for a restart , apple logo appeared with a loading bar when it reached quarter the apple logo started comming and gooing in a loop how can i fix this need urgent help :confused::confused::confused:

Restore it through iTunes on your computer, that's your only choice.
