When i go to sync my iphone to my only comp it has ever been synced to, it tells me that i need to erase and sync it because it says i have synced to another itunes library. If i back up the iphone (ny right clicking the device in itunes and selecting backup) can i then put everything (apps, pics. etc.) back on it after doing said erasing. All this for a single ringtone
