I presume a lot of us have read at least a bit about Liquid Metal.
As for what the iPhone 6 (if there is an iPhone called that) will be mae of is another question. Some people are saying we'll see a 5s next. I figure we'll see what it's called when it's announced.
I do think however if Apple really switches to liquid metal cases for the iPhone it would be with the iPhone 6 or 7 and not an "s" model.
Of course every iPhone was going to be made of liquid metal after they bought the company according to many here on MR, why should you be any different.
Just a rumor. We haven't even seen the 5S yet, so I don't expect any of the iPhone 6 rumors to be true at this time.
Because Apple tends to be very conservative and rather future oriented, they may elect to wait for quite some time before using it in any of their products.
I've been hearing more and more of an upcoming iPhone 6 rather than a 5S. I hope these rumors are correct.
Apple didnt buy Liquid Metal. They made a deal to use the technology, which is to expire soon. Big difference.
