Does anyone know if it is possible to view an Iphoto library on windows? with no exporting?

Technically an iPhoto "Library" is just a folder with bunch of sub folders with images in them. You can certainly browse them in Windows, but it won't look pretty, or be easy to navigate.

If I were you I would just Export them.
