iPod touch I-pod touch rebate possible on new gen i-pods?

Hello,

Just wondered as to whether there is something in the terms and conditions (i can not see anything) saying you can not get the rebate on the new ipods? The offer expires on the 7th, just curious as to whether anyone knows if this is an option?

There are already multiple threads about this on this forum. All say the same thing; you do NOT get a 4th gen iPod Touch with the promotion. You get a 2g or 3g version depending on size. The whole poin tof the rebate is to get rid of old stock. A search via mroogle will show many threads about it.
