i really have problem with youtube and similar online video sites !

i have a huge strong macbook pro (i7 CPU 8GiG RAM...) but i have F*%$@# problem with online video sites and youtube killing me to play a *******@*#& video !!!
it freeze over and over ...
when i open a very simple youtube video with firefox or any other browser (Flash version last 10.2.152.26) the video freeze each 10 second or something and i really hate that bcoz i have to several times click the video timeline to watch missed freezed parts ...

Flash sucks, and that's Adobe's fault, not Apple's.

However, you shouldn't be having those freezing problems. I never have on any Mac I've owned.
