I receive notifcation but it doesn’t vibrate on my wrist

Hello,
Has this ever happened to you on your Apple Watch: You receive notifications but it doesn't vibrate on your wrist? I've tried everything:

- Restart it
- Reset it
- Enable/disable notifications.

Nothing works. However, the vibrations and notifications are well activated. I get a vibration only on SMS and when I'm called. Not on emails, messenger or WhatsApp. What can I do?
