I downloaded the "More iChat Effects" addition to my iChat.

Now, my video chat hardly works.
How do I uninstall the more iChat effects?
Either that, or should I re-install iChat?
However, idk if thats possible without re-installing the entire disc.

I have never used that app but what you should do is delete the app, then also run a search on your system for all files with its name. Spotlight doesnt like to search deep into the system anymore so go searching through your library for its folder or download quicksilver and search it. When you find the files drag them to the trash and delete them. If they dnt delete cause they appear to be running use activity monitor (spotlight it) to force quit them.

Id uninstall it,you can find all the files by this method

Finder > ichat > plus button > change the kind tab to system files > change don't include to include

Or download something like appzapper that finds them for you,you may have to alter its settings as im not sure if ichat is protected

Im not sure about having to re-install the entire disk,as ive never had to do it before, pop the disk in and see if its part of optional install or similar
