I reserved my iPhone over 24hrs ago and no confirmation email......

I reseved my iPhone over 24hrs ago and no confirmation email......
Is there any way to look it up to see if my reservation went through.
When I did it, it gave me the same information as everyone else who placed and told me what to bring, but no confirmation email.
What should I do?

Navigate to your retail store's webpage, for example:

http://www.apple.com/retail/abquptown/

Under "Make Reservation" you'll see "View my reservations".

You can also view reservations in the Apple Store app on the iPhone / iPod touch. Just select your store and tap the "Reservations" tab.
 
i had the same question i would go to the apple website and check ur order status. if it is there with an order number you are fine. apple does it based on that not on the email.

Doesn't always work.

I confirmed my reservations at Apple store but they don't show on the website.

Mine isn't show up online either, but I got an email and it shows up when I check the iphone app.

I reserved through their site, NOT the iphone app, so I know the iphone app isn't caching it or something.
 
Is the price showing up on y'all e-mail? All mines say is: Reserved items : 1 iPhone 4 16GB : Black and the rate plan.
 
Yep, mine shows full retail price, which is what I understand most people's emails said. Apple will work it out so you're charged the correct price that morning.


And @SethRogen-- search "apple store" and you'll find it.
 
This has me worried. My reservation showed up on the App last night (and now the Store function isn't working) but it's not showing up online.

I'll try calling them but I've never had very much luck with them in the past.

I thought this too, but it didnt work. My iTunes ID shows no reservations...however when I called my local Apple store and asked to confirm my reservation they had me in the system.

I would just call which ever store you put your reservation in at.
 
if it's not showing up i wouldn't worry to much

I feel the confirmation email is worth more.

This only works in the apple store app, the apple website reservations section is for one-on-one, genius bar and personal shopping appointments.
 
I reserved my iPhone yesterday via the iPhone store app and got a email confirmation but when I go online to check my reservations it says that I do not have any.... It still shows my reservation through the iPhone store app though! :confused:

Did you just get the generic "you're reserved" page... or did you get the detailed page with the google maps of your store location and telling you the 3 things you'll need to bring?

If it's the first, you DID NOT reserve, it was a false page, I got it a few times, soon as I got past it to the real one, I then got my email.

Just saying.

The second, but no confirmation email.
I am calling my Apple Store now, but they said I am 15th in line. :eek:
This may be awhile. :)
 
Apple Store App

On the app, check store and the pending reservation will be there as well.
 
i ordered my phone last night - but didn't get the email till this afternoon
