I did something really stupid. However, I think there may be a way out.
I have google authenticator on my phone. A while back, I reset the settings on my phone to deal with another issue. Recently, I realized that it wiped google authenticator, so now I can't get into my work youtube account.
In an attempt to fix that issue, I restored my phone to a backup I had from a few months ago. That didn't fix the google authenticator issue (I've also tried notifying google, they said bugger off) and I also lost a lot of pictures and videos that I didn't backup either. I realize this was stupid.
I've been looking through the AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup folder and I'm seeing a 3GB folder and two 1GB folders which were created the day I did the restore. There's no way it's not a backup. It has a similar name to the other backups in that folder.
I've run EaseUs MobiSaver and it doesn't see the backup. I'm not willing to pay for a program until I have assurance it will work.
Does anyone know how I can pull data from that folder?
