I started the small project because my ear pads were unsightly dirty and I was bothered by it, because the mesh is no longer tight, the metal brackets were uncomfortable on the scalp.
First I threw my ear pads into the washing machine with a towel and let a quick program run through with 40 degrees. After that, I put the ear pads on the heater overnight.
On the subject of headband, I cut a template from a beautiful soft fabric bag that fits into the headband from above. I turn used the template as a template to cut out a "lid".
I then sewed the whole thing to 75 percent. I then have the pillow with approx. I Filled with 7 grams of cotton wool and then finally closed (sewn up).
Last but not least, I took one of those silicone headbands, which are available from third-party providers everywhere, and used it to keep the pillow in place.
If someone wants to imitate this, he will of course do it at his own risk 😃
