When i was removing the upper case of my powerbook g4, i apparently bent the slot that connects the upper case to the hinge area (the back) what should i do? should i try and repair it myself, get a new upper case or a new computer? Thanks for any help.

Might as well try to fix it yourself. I dont think its really worth getting a whole new upper case. It doesn't look too tough to fix.
