I screwed up my remote settings (AppleTV 4K + Samsung Frame TV)

I have accidentally done something annoying to my remote settings. I have an Apple TV 4K (1st gen), a Samsung Frame TV (2019 model),and the new Apple remote. The Apple remote used to turn the TV off completely. Now it just sends the TV into Art mode. I'm trying to figure out how to change it back, and have done the obvious web searches. So far nothing has worked. Any insight from this community would be appreciated. Thank you.
