Hi Guys,

I ordered a 13' macbook pro 16GB, 512GB 10 days ago. Today i received a message that it is out for delivery. I just looked at my purchase order and saw that I selected the wrong keyboard layout!! Very stupid, but in my defense: in the apple store the layout is standard Dutch, where in the Netherlands most people use a US layout.

My question: is it possible to return a custom build macbook pro in the Netherlands? And do you think I can order a new one now and wait for the return or do I first have to send it back, wait for approval and then order?

I believe Apple’s policy is a 14 day return policy period. My advice would be to contact Apple customer service as soon as possible and explain the situation so the can process the refund and ship you the one you need. Ultimately they’ll be the ones who can tell you what options you have.
