So I might be in the minority but I liked the "frequently visited sites" feature in Safari but somehow it does not exist for me all I have is my favorites and a big blank space below them. I noticed it the day after I got a new iPad but I can't be sure that has anything to do with it(although it doesn't appear on the iPad either). I did clear the history on the iPad the night before I noticed it and after I noticed it I updated to 8.1 hoping that would fix it, but no. Anyone have any ideas?

It's because you cleared the history I think. They will reappear after you re establish what sites you frequently visit.

I thought that might be the case but it's been 7 days and I visit the same sites multiple times a day every day.

I don't think there's anyway to turn it off, so it's not a setting. Are you browsing in private mode?
