I stayed up late to order right after 12. Then I got 3 week shipping? Why?

If you ordered from a carrier site, that is the reason. I am sure they got much less available for pre-order

Took me about an hour to get my order through on the Apple App Store , well worth the wait. My 64gb,6 plus will be delivered on 9/19

I got the same message....... what was the purpose..... I can walk into an apple store two weeks from now and still get it in time......

Did they place the $1 and then the tax hold on yours like mine.

I got a $1 charge last night and a $75 hold charge today.

I was hitting the apple app, apple website and at&t website at 2 am central. My first 6+ 128gb order went through with a delivery time frame of 10/1 to 10/6. My second 6+ 64gb (about 15 minutes later) went rhrough with a 9/19 delivery date. Go figure. I guess the 128gb was in shorter supply: makes sense I suppose.
