Greetings, i had an old powerbook g4 with a screen issue (lines in the screen) and i wanted to do something different so i took it and an Lc II apart and put the pbg4 innards in the Lc II, not only does it run but in my oppinion it looks very cool. Here are pics:

It could be a bit more refined. A dremel would do you well. ;)
 
Has it cured the lines?

Nice touch adding the bicycle chain. Gives a real air of professionalism. I think all Apple service centres favour the old bike chain.

Clean up the holes a bit and I cant see why not. People sell virtually anything on ebay.
 
Thanks, any yea i think this is a cool hobby does anyone know of a site where people do this?
