well, economically speaking, it IS as sunk cost and you will never get it back

but I thought it was a neat idea, but the video could have been presented better

p.s. adk, your location makes me think of reservoir dogs, please don't cut off my ear

After 1 minute and 20 seconds, I thought I'd watch the rest of it. "Surely the punchline is coming", I thought to myself.

I was wrong. This "invention" doesn't do anything.

Yeah it does. It hides the wire.

it works great if you ask me, it hides the cord, keeps it in one place, and if you need more you just pull some more out and when you don't need it you just push it back in, you don't need to wrap, snap, or zip anything, just push or pull, its simple and it works.

It would work better if it was maybe made from leather or some "stickier" material, but this works great as it is.

I thought most complaints about the cord pertained to it being too long, not "visible. This "invention" doesn't really hide much of the cord, either.

Well it does depending on how much of the cord you tuck away inside it doesn't it?

He mentioned he doesn't like tripping over the cord..(maybe he walks on his desk who knows)... but it would sort of work in this sense.

I just run the cord between my t-shirt and dress shirt.

Dress shirt. ;)

Wait I stopped watching Slapsgiving for this?
Ok...anyway, so the theory of it works right, but the whole "just feed it in while..." yeah. I'm thinking I'd do it once and then never again. It seems like a lot of motion to get the cord wrapped up. However, I think they sell other items for about $5 - $10 and while they also work, they're seriously over-priced.

I don't know what you guys are talking about when saying it doesn't hide much cord, my bose triports (the ones in the video) have cords that are about 6 ft long and I can fit all of it inside the pouch.

I took a pic with most of the cord in the pouch (i could have put all of it but I stopped were the cord parts into 2)

I will make a better video tomorrow, this one was more of a test some things in iMovie so minds well show off my cable thingy

I'm going to stick up for you here. I like it a lot more than most of the other options. It may take a little longer to shorten the cable but I like the fact that you can't see the it, and I imagine it takes less time to extend a little.

However, I don't have a problem with long cables as my dJays have a really short cord with an extender.

thanks, but one thing is it doesnt take long to shorten the cable, just push it back in really, the video really makes it seem as if it takes a really long time, I didnt have time today to make a new video though :(
