if i hold down home and the power button to reboot the phone shouldn't it reboot without all the apps i had open previously besides apple one that open on start?

when i rebooted all the apps where open that were previously open before rebooting.😕

oh ok its a new feature that remembers what apps you had open before reboot and reopens like you had it. interesting
