Grab MobileSubstrate 0.9.3209-1 from http://apt.saurik.com/cydia/debs/ and SSH it over using OpenSSH to the AutoInstall folder. If you don't know how to do that, http://bit.ly/2yCYJ3

Then reinstall ultrasn0w and all other apps that use MobileSubstrate and you should be good to go.

I hope this works. If anyone sees fault in it, please let me know.
