I think I have a perfect 3GS!

Just got my White 32GB 3GS in the mail yesterday. After doing an inspection of all the problems people here claim they have, I have discovered none! No yellow screen, the chrome bezel is smooth all the way around, battery life is great, no dust, no washed out colors, no flimsy buttons. There's also no cracks, but those will come in time I'm sure. It's a week 27 BTW.

The only thing that sucks is if that there is something wrong down the line, I'm not gonna want to exchange it :p

wow you're SO lucky to get a product that works as advertised.


do you really think that everyone's having problems or something? Forums like these represent those problems disproportionately because as soon as anything goes wrong people come here to complain.

As far as I can tell you're just one of a couple million people with perfectly fine 3gs's
 
does the vibrate switch rattle????

I swear to god! that if the vibrate switch does not rattle then it is not perfect!! the perfect iPhone is cosmetically perfect but with a rattling vibrate switch!
 
Most of them have no problems. Many of these so called posts describing big problems originate with companies starting with the letters R, V or P (imo).

Guard that phone with your LIFE! I think you got the only perfect model.

I'm pretty sure I've got the only perfect iPhone 3G.

well then I wish you luck...

of all my 3G replacements the ones that have lasted the longest are the ones with rattling vibrate switches :) The first thing I do now when a genius offers a replacement is shake the phone... if it rattles from the vibrate switch then I'm in love...
 
I hate to say it, but anyone that says they don't have a "yellow" screen, please go to an att or apple store, turn your brightness all the way up on both models, and compare....I'm certain you'll see what everyone is complaining about.

I turned up my brightness all the way and opened up a new page in safari. Yes it was warm, but not "ZOMG YELLOW BROWN" like people are saying. There's no gradient or anything.

Hate to disagree with you, but my screen is perfect (like TheSpaz's) and I also have no rattling.

Same here, my screen is perfect, I have no rattling, my bezel is flush, I have no dust.

I too have a perfect 3GS. My 3G was not perfect, it had dust.

How about a dead pixel? And when you plug in your charger or get any system sounds... does it sound a little distorted?

The OP doesn't have a perfect iPhone! He has a normal one - just like 99.9% of all the others (mine included)! :D
