OKay so the other day I was on windows live messenger (for mac... on my mac) then I left my computer to go to the bathroom and I still had a convo open, when I came back the person i was talking to said that I had sent her this:

(That's all i remember) The friend I was talking to asked me what it was, I wasn't thinking and I opened it, it led me to some weird website about a quiz to win something.. but then later at 3:30 the other day I wasn't online, or logged in at all but my other friend said that I wasn't even online and that i had sent her this link. I'm pretty sure that I have a virus and I have NO idea how to get rid of it or if I can get virus software. Please and thanks you!
