I want it to last at least another 6 months or when the next generation of iMacs come out, whichever comes first but I don't think its going to make it.

My Power Supply is running at about 80-84 degrees even with my fans blasting over 2000 RPM

The GPU dropped down to 60-63 degrees. Its the Power Supply thats killing things.
 
Those tempatures are normal for an iMac of your model under load. If it isn't under load, the heat sinks are likely clogged and in need of cleaning.

80 degrees is normal for the power supply? I've never had it run that hot. I recently cleaned the fans and heat sink (3 months ago)
 
Yes, I've seen mine run up to 190F in the hot summer when encoding DVDs with the fans at the default speed. The capacitors are rated for 105C. Nothing wrong with those temperatures.
