On my ipad 4 i have gotten some crazy good battery life, ill try to remember to post a picture once im at home.

Being Chinese built perhaps running the firmware in English causes more battery drain than another foreign language.

Just a theory.

I'm pretty happy with mine. This was after a day of very heavy usage (downloads, games, email, web-surfing, using Word with a Bluetooth keyboard, etc)

Usage statistics don't really mean anything without context.

QFT!

I can easily do 3-4 days i.e. 72+ hours if the screen is off and i'm streaming audio. Turn the screen on and use it for web browsing and games and that number plummets to 10-13 hours.

I be been getting this on my retina Mini. That's about six hours of listening to podcasts through Bluetooth and cellular on. The rest is using Facebook and other apps with the screen on slightly less than half bright.

My launch day iPad 2 WiFi+Cellular running 7.1.1, I get roughly 24-26 hours of usage and 7-10 days of standby. Over a three year old device and the battery functions just like the day I got it, if not even better.
