iOS I thought approval times were faster now?

It's been over a year since I submitted an app and I thought I read something about how approval times are much faster now but my app has been "Waiting For Review" for over a week now. Is this still normal?

They have been quicker but, I suspect, the 4.2 push is slowing things down lately. According to the latest figures from the App Store Review Status section of the Apple Developer News page, 84% of iOS app update submissions were reviewed within the last 7 days. Normally this amount is around 95%, I believe.
