I-tunes not converting anymore???!!!!

I don't know when it happened but in a recent update of itunes I lost my "convert to_____" option. It's not in my import settings. They are set to MP3. But regardless, I don't have ANY convert options. This is a serious pain if they got rid of this feature. Anyone else having this issue or know what's up?

Select the song you want to convert -> Advanced (in the toolbar) -> Convert to...

yes, they changed it when they updated for the iPad. As stated, it is under the advanced tab in the menu bar of iTunes. I am so used to it now, i would be lost if they changed it back.
