I wanna play JUST what's on my phone

I set Cellular setting to NOT play songs off of the cloud in Music yet it continues to play cloud music in my Music app.
Any idea why?
I just wanna play music that's only on my iphone

Not sure why. I have the same problem. I will watch this thread for possible answers.

What annoys me is when I have an album ON MY PHONE and Apple tells me I need to subscribe to Apple Music to play it! Ridiculous!
