I require a proxy/vpn, and I was wondering where I would be able to find a good one, with good speed.

Speed is usually a function of your internet connection's speed. What's your budget?

I have a good ISP, and get about 10 MBs Per Second.
Also I was hoping for a free option, but I could do up to like $5 easily, if I had too.

I use hotspot shield personally. I'm sure there's a paid version, but I use the free one. Speed is not an issue, you just have to deal with a few ads.

Don't think I'd want to use it for extended surfing sessions having said that. Check it out, what's the harm?
