iPod I want "current song" to always be automatically selected. How do I do it?

I want it so that the"current song" playing is always automatically selected so I can see the artwork and other info for it.

The way it is now I have to hit apple-L every single time I want to see the info for the song currently playing. How do I change this?

if you want this so you can see the album artwork, just click the top bar of the artwork window so it changes from "selected song" to "Now Playing"
