So i build my own machines when i need a pc. I like to do this because of a number of reasons. Because of my great love for building it is hard to convince my self to settle for less and buy a prebuilt computer from any vendor. Is their any good motherboards out their capable of running OS X.

Now that being said, I think doing this is a legal gray area, but if you buy your copy of OS X, you shouldn't be in too much trouble.
 
+1 to the above. Stick with the guides and Gigabyte motherboards, if you know what you're doing you'll have OS X working for you in under 2 hours.
