I have a CD MacBook and I'm really considering upgrading to be ready for Mountain Lion.

I don't want to buy a new one (I've gotten cheap in my old age), so I'm looking at either the 2008 aluminum MacBook or a 2009/2010 unibody MacBook.

From what I can tell, the 2008 aMB and 2009 uMB are pretty similar in regards to internal hardware. Aside from the aMB being a cooler limited edition, are there any pressing reasons why I should get one over the other?

Also, should I buy now or wait until ML launches?

If I wait, they could go down in price as people buy newer MacBooks and sell these off.

Or prices could go up as people like me seek these out to be able to upgrade to Mountain Lion.
